YourEra SMS and Messaging Terms
Last updated September 14, 2026
These terms explain the text messages, emails and telephone calls we send, how to stop them, and what they cost. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. How we handle the information behind them is described in our Privacy Policy at yourera.com/privacy.
1. Two kinds of message
Messages about your order and your care are part of the service. They include confirmation that an order has been received, dispatch and delivery notices, reminders that a refill is due, messages from your care team, and notices about your account. You receive these because you have an account with us.
Marketing messages are different. They include offers, promotions and news about our products, and they may reach you by text message, by email or by telephone. You receive these only if you have separately asked for them by ticking the box on our site, which is not ticked for you. You never have to agree to marketing in order to buy from us or to receive care, agreeing to it has no effect on your prices, and declining it has no effect on your account or your care.
2. Agreeing to marketing
When you tick the marketing box, you agree that Your Era Management, L.L.C. may send you marketing text messages and marketing calls at the telephone number you provide, including messages and calls made with an automatic telephone dialing system and calls using a prerecorded or artificial voice, and marketing email at the address you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
That box is separate from the box asking whether we may share information with advertising companies, and separate from your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Ticking one does not tick the other.
You must be the subscriber of the number you give us, or have the subscriber's permission to use it. If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us, so that we do not send messages to someone else.
3. How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies and depends on how you use the service. Messages and data may be charged by your carrier at its usual rates. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
4. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop it. STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE all work, in upper or lower case.
You may also stop messages in any other reasonable way that makes your wishes clear, including replying in your own words, telling a member of our support team, or emailing support@yourera.com. You do not have to use a particular word or a particular channel.
When you ask us to stop, we stop all marketing messages, not only the campaign you replied to, and we stop them on every channel we use. If you want to keep receiving messages about your order and your care and stop only marketing, tell us that and we will do it.
We will send one message confirming that you have opted out. It contains no marketing. After that you will not hear from us on that number unless you ask us to start again.
We act on an opt out as soon as we receive it and in any event within ten business days.
Because you may stop text messages at any time, we do not rely on them alone for anything that matters. Anything we would send you by text about your order or your care is also available by email and in your account, so stopping text messages never leaves you without notice of something you need to know.
5. Telephone calls
Everything in these terms about stopping messages applies equally to marketing calls. Asking us to stop, in any reasonable way, stops marketing calls as well as marketing text messages and marketing email, and we record the request against your number so that it is not called again.
We may also call you about an order you began and did not complete, so that we can help you finish it. Where you have not agreed to marketing, any such call is placed by a person rather than automatically, is made within a limited period after your visit, and stops as soon as you ask. Calls about an order you have placed, a payment that did not go through, or a message from your care team are part of the service and are not marketing.
Calls may be recorded or monitored for training and quality purposes. Where a call is recorded we will tell you at the start of it.
6. Getting help
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@yourera.com, for help with messaging.
7. When we send
We send marketing messages between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time. Messages about your order and your care may arrive at other times where the information is time sensitive, such as a delivery notice.
8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device. Not all carriers and not all handsets support every message type.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. If we do, we will post the new version with a new date, and where a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect.
