Refund Policy

1. Order is processing or has been processed by the pharmacy

Once your prescription has begun processing at the pharmacy, no refunds will be issued. This includes any stage after the pharmacy has begun preparing, compounding, or dispensing your medication — whether or not it has shipped or been delivered. At this point, Your Era Management has been invoiced by the pharmacy and the order cannot be reversed.

2. Order has not yet begun processing at the pharmacy

If your order has not yet begun processing at the pharmacy, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting our support team at support@yourera.com.
